This lovely house is located in Dolphins Creek Golf Resort Grootbrak just accross from the Island and Greatbrak River, very comfortable and stylish / modern self-catering home. Enjoy nature at its best, within walking distance of the beach, near the swimming beach in Southern Cross and the Groot Brak lagoon where kids love to swim. It is 3min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 1km from De Dekke centre. There are 4 bedrooms in this house. Main Bedroom: Equipped with a king size bed, and full on-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Second Bedroom: Double Bed Third Bedroom: Double Bed Fourth bedroom: Single Bunker beds Second bathroom: Bath / Shower / toilet and basin. Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels. The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and all essential utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.
